Online Clinical Supervision
"The power of listening cannot be underestimated. Sometimes people just need to be heard." - Yalom

My Approach to Supervision -
Supervision sits at the heart of therapeutic practice — a space where you can bring yourself, your clients, and the wide‑ranging dynamics at play. My aim is to sit alongside you, wherever you are on your professional journey, holding in mind you as a person just as much as you as a therapist. You can expect compassion, warmth, empathy, and a little humour. You can also expect honesty and gentle challenge, as I believe supervision is most effective when it is collaborative.
I work in an integrative way, drawing on person‑centred, attachment‑based and CBT approaches. I also have experience in short‑term therapy (6 sessions) and can incorporate elements of a solution‑focused approach where helpful.
I have been trained in the Seven‑Eyed Model, which supports exploration of your client relationships through multiple lenses — including the wider context of therapeutic practice. While supervision is not personal therapy (and good boundaries help ensure this), I believe that when something in your wider life may impact client work, having a space to be heard can be valuable.
For those starting out in the profession, I am also happy to support with practical aspects such as contracting, insurance, websites, and other relevant considerations.
While I think it’s helpful to come prepared for supervision, my approach is for supervisees to lead the direction of our sessions. That said, I may check in on something important that emerged previously.
Who I Work With -
Because I hope you will feel safe enough to be open and transparent with me, I think it’s equally important to be transparent with anyone considering supervision with me.
My therapy practice is entirely online. While I was trained and have some experience in face‑to‑face work, if your practice is exclusively in‑person, I may not be the best fit. Similarly, although I offer single‑session and email therapy as a therapist, I am not currently in a position to supervise this type of work. If your modality is primarily psychodynamic or Gestalt, I may also not be the right supervisor for you.
Fees & Availability -
I am currently completing my supervision training and can therefore offer sessions at a reduced rate of £25 for 60 minutes and £37.50 for 90 minutes until I qualify. Once qualified, my fees will be £60 for 60 minutes and £75 for 90 minutes. There is absolutely no obligation to continue working with me once my training ends, and I will always give at least one month’s notice before any fee increase.
My practice hours are Monday - Friday 7am to 7pm, with the exception of a Thursday where the last appointment is at 3pm.
Next Steps -
If what you’ve read resonates and you feel we may work well together, I offer a free 30‑minute consultation so we can get to know each other and for you to ask any questions about my practice. This can take place via video or phone call. You can contact me using the details at the bottom of the website or through the contact page.
