WHAT'S NEXT COUNSELLING

My name is Lee Sims. I use the pronouns he/him.

I am a fully qualified, insured counsellor and psychotherapist who holds registered membership with The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

​

Since qualifying, I have experience in working with adults and adolescents aged 11 and over. This has been in both short term therapy (up to 6 sessions) and long term therapy.

What's Next Counselling offers some evening appointments, please enquire for further details and latest availability. Therapy sessions are available by way of video call or telephone call, allowing flexibility.

​My work focusses on  dealing with issues including anxiety, depression, gender, sexuality, self-harm, suicide and low self-esteem. The training I completed was in an integrative manner which incorporates a person-centred approach, cognitive behavioural therapy and attachment.
