Email Therapy
A way to share your thoughts and feelings, at your own pace.
Email Therapy - How does it work?
Email Therapy Vs Talking Therapy
The main difference between the two is traditional therapies involve the therapist and client holding the same space for an agreed period of time. With email therapy, the client emails their thoughts but the response of the therapist isn't instant.

Due to the nature of email therapy, if you are struggling with your mental health, support services are available such as:
-
Samaritans - 116 123
-
CALM - 0800 585858
-
Shout - Text 'shout' to 85258
Timescales and Pricing
What's Next Counselling charges £45 per email exchange, which is up to 1,000 words per email.

As part of the session fee, I will spend 60 minutes providing a unique and tailored response to your email.
Is email therapy secure?
What's Next Counselling uses an encrypted email service to ensure the security of the content discussed during therapy.

To provide additional security, as a client you are also asked to choose a password for the emails prior to therapy starting.
